Restoration

Three years after becoming a quad amputee, Will received the most amazing gift: doctors successfully transplanted a pair of arms onto his residual upper-body limbs. He is currently recovering and has occupational therapy every day to restore function to his new arms.  It is much to be hoped that, with time and effort, he will regain sensation and ability!

Will had a press conference at the end of November at Brigham and Women’s Hospital to speak about his new arms and to begin to give hugs again.
